This redelivery service applies when an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, unreachable contact numbers, or refusal of the order upon arrival. The fee covers the additional manpower, transportation, and logistics required to arrange a second delivery attempt.

Our team will coordinate a new delivery date and time once the redelivery fee has been processed. We kindly encourage customers to ensure all delivery details are accurate and that the recipient will be available to receive the order to avoid additional charges.
