Floristique On-Time Delivery Promise
We Promise On-Time Delivery — Late? It’s On Us. We know timing matters—especially for gifts. If you select a delivery time slot at checkout and your order arrives late (within the conditions below), your order is on us.
What “Free” Means “Order is free” means we’ll issue a store credit (not a cash refund) for eligible late deliveries. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Floristique.
On-Time Delivery Promise If your order is delivered more than 30 minutes after the end of your selected regular delivery slot (and the delay is within our control), we’ll issue a store credit. Maximum claim per item: $100 store credit. Applies to orders with a selected delivery slot at checkout, when slots are open.
Eligible Delivery Slots
This promise is only applicable to our regular delivery time slots: 10:00am – 2:00pm • 2:00pm – 6:00pm • 9:00am – 6:00pm Special/priority/custom timing requests (if any) are not covered unless stated otherwise.

How It Works
1) Select a delivery slot Choose an available date & one of our regular time slots during checkout.
2) We arrange & dispatch Our team prepares your order and schedules delivery to meet your chosen slot.

What Counts as “Late”
- We allow a 30-minute grace period to account for traffic and unforeseen road conditions.
- “Late” means delivery occurs more than 30 minutes after the selected slot ends.
- This promise applies only when the delay is due to our delivery operations.

• Selected delivery slot (10am–2pm / 2pm–6pm / 9am–6pm)
• Actual time received (a time-stamped message/photo helps) If approved, we’ll issue a store credit (max $100 per item).
Important Notes & Exclusions
- Incorrect / incomplete address details provided at checkout
- Recipient unavailable / unreachable / refused delivery
- Access issues (security restrictions, no entry approval, etc.)
- Severe weather, road closures, accidents, or unforeseen events beyond our control
- Public holidays or peak periods where cut-offs/slots may be adjusted
Resolution
Once approved, we’ll issue store credit for the eligible item(s), capped at $100 per item. No cash refunds.
